Reboot McGill is a student-led electronics recycling and refurbishing club at McGill University, focused on reducing e-waste by providing recycled computer hardware to McGill students at no cost.  We refurbish and prepare used hardware which we distribute to students for further effective usage, while making sure any remaining equipment is correctly and responsibly recycled. We operate based on hardware donations which we collect for free and give for free.

Reboot also hosts a multitude of events around campus in order to promote our sustainable services and the importance of electronic recycling and e-waste.

We receive and offer recycled hardware such as:

  • Desktops
  • Laptops
  • Monitors
  • Peripherals (Keyboards,  mice, and cables)
  • Disk drives
  • Any used electronic devices

Please note that as of Friday April 06, 2018, our services will be suspended during the Summer period. We will re-open in September and will announce our office hours as soon as we are able to. Thank you for your understanding.
